Hi Parents and Students I am finally starting to feel better. It's been a rough couple of weeks, and I haven't been posting as much. The grades for the science test are in family link. Children who failed the test will be able to redo the test for up to 60%. This will protect their grade if they've been turning everything in. Next week, we will be starting a mini-project on major geological events. Kids will be able to choose one from the last 100 years or so. If they want to get a heastart, they can familiarize themselves with 1 or 2 on this site. going slow

Hi parents We are moving and learning, but a little slower than my lesson plans. You may have noticed that last Thursday's lesson was also this week's lesson for Monday and Tuesday. I question whether we will have the test mentioned in the lesson plans by the 27th, but it is a great goal. I will keep you posted. Mr. G.

Aug.30 Week wrap up

Thanks to all that came to our parent night. It was great to be able to talk with you and hear some of your thoughts and concerns. We are finishing up our bean lab today, and grades should be posted in every class by the end of day Monday. If you notice a zero or missing grade, lets get right on that and fix it before it becomes a problem. Oh, this fall, I will be teaching a pottery class through the after school program.
